Standard orders must be placed by 11:59 PM PT to start processing on the next day. Processing time usually takes 1 business day and orders will arrive within 5-10 business days from when the order is processed. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday. CbGaRDN.com offers FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all U.S. merchandise orders (excluding taxes). U.S. orders always ship for free—no promotion code needed.

If you are shipping to a United States P.O. Box, we ship via USPS (free on all U.S. orders).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

CbGaRDN.com offers a flat rate international shipping cost of $45. Orders to U.S. territories including American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands are considered international and will be charged the international flat rate for shipping. International Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by your country’s customs department upon arrival.

When ordering from CbGaRDN.com, the recipient of the shipment is the importer of record and is responsible for any of these import fees, as well as complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country. CbGaRDN does not collect duties and taxes, and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for more information.

Orders must be placed by 14:00 (2:00PM) GMT to start processing on the same day. If an order is placed after the deadline, it will be processed the next business day.

All orders ship Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

APO/FPO/DPO MILITARY ADDRESSES

All shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are sent via USPS Priority. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days.

MULTIPLE SHIPPING ADDRESSES

At this time, we can only ship to one address per order. To ship to multiple addresses, call Customer Service for assistance at 1-877-532-1957

BUSINESS DAYS & HOLIDAYS

All orders ship Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Orders must be placed by 11:59pm Pacific Time (PT) to be processed on the same business day otherwise it will be processed the next day.

Packages do not ship from our distribution centers on the following holidays:

  • New Year’s Day
  • Easter
  • Memorial Day
  • 4th of July
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving
  • Christmas

Tracking Orders

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed.

The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the email.
